Settings

Global style

Applies to the whole kit. Individual sections can still override colors on their own (see each Text section).

Header band	Background color If an image is selected, it replaces the background color — automatically cropped and scaled to fill the band exactly (like CSS "cover"), whatever its original dimensions.
Section title color	Choose a specific color Unchecked — reuses the header band color above.
Text color	Choose a specific color Applies to the biography and every paragraph — unchecked stays black, as before. A paragraph or media section below can still set its own color, taking over from this one.
Link color	Choose a specific color Applies to every clickable link in the kit (social/streaming links, and links inside the biography or a paragraph) — unchecked stays the default blue, as before. Worth checking if a custom PDF background color makes the default blue hard to read.
Title font
Text font	Your website's own fonts can't be embedded automatically — either choose from these 3 universal families (always available in any PDF reader), or upload a font file of your own. Custom font: regular weight only (no separate bold/italic). .ttf and .woff are always supported (no hosting-specific limitation); .woff2 also works, but needs this hosting to support decoding it (shown above once a file is selected) — if it can't, or for .otf (not supported at all, different internal structure), the kit quietly falls back to Helvetica.
PDF background color	Choose a background color for the pages Optional — leave off for a plain white background.

PDF template	A template overrides the colors/fonts above for the generated PDF only — your own settings above stay saved untouched, and reapply immediately if you switch back to "Custom".

Group identity

Same setting as the General tab — editable from either screen, kept here too so everything the press kit uses is in one place.

Short bio	The Mystic Peppers write songs about what connects people: light in the dark, borders, the Earth and the road ahead. Three albums so far: Tribe Stardust, Panther’s Voice and Last Wave. This is a sample band for the VEFmusic demo.

Albums

Choose which albums appear in the press kit.

Photos

In addition to the logo and album covers (always included automatically): choose other photos here from the WordPress media library (band photos, show photos...) to attach in the zip's /photos/ folder. In the window that opens, click each photo to add (they get a selection outline) then confirm — several photos at once.

Additional paragraphs

Add as many text sections as you need, each with its own title. Choose where each one appears in the "Section order" card below.

The number of columns is set when you add a paragraph and cannot be changed afterwards — remove and re-add it to switch.

Media sections

Add photo galleries, document/audio file lists, or a two-column layout mixing any of these — in addition to the paragraphs above. Choose where each one appears in the "Section order" card below.

Section order

Choose the order sections appear in in the PDF, using the arrows. The header banner and contact box always come first and aren't part of this list.

Crowdfunding (VEFmusic Pro)

Advanced

Include crowdfunding elements	If this option is disabled, crowdfunding and preorder sections won't be shown in the generated press kit.
Crowdfunding section color	Background color Text color Same principle as a paragraph or media section below: unchecked reuses the Global style card's title/text colors. Background color only applies when the section fits on a single page.

The press contact shown on the kit itself (email/phone) is set in the General tab, Band Identity section.

A single button: the selection above is saved first, then the PDF/zip is immediately regenerated with these settings — never a need to click twice.

Sections, style, and content of the DEFAULT press kit are set in the "VEFmusic" panel of this screen — this panel covers the Pro features below, plus any additional kit (each with its own content, set from this same panel).

Contact form & message

Contact form	Disabled by default — a press kit should stay friction-free for a journalist in a hurry. When the form is shown (optional or required), every submitted request (name + email) is both sent by email and logged in the "Received requests" list below.

Download statistics

Full zip downloads only (never the PDF alone, never an admin test) — anonymous, no IP or visitor identifier stored.
